the location is excellent, as it is centrally located and close to the embankment, shops, bars, and restaurants. The proximity to Park Bulvar shopping mall was also convenient. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided good service. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable with a double bed, and I found the v low lighting to be quite cozy. The breakfast included had a limited variety, but the food was satisfying.
No major issues or improvements needed. everything was satisfactory.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was close to the embankment, near to the city center and just a stone's throw away from Park Bulvar shopping mall, making it convenient for me to go shopping and sightseeing. The places to eat, drink and relax were everywhere around me and were always within walking distance. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, doing laundry for me and always ready to answer any questions I had. The room was immaculately clean and the breakfast was delicious, perfectly meeting my expectations.
Could not be improved in any way.

The location was perfect, centrally located in the city center. The room was small but cozy, clean, and comfortable. The staff, especially Turguy and Elvin, were kind and helpful. Excellent location and reasonable price.

Located in the heart of the city center, this hotel provides easy access to shops, bars and restaurants. You can take a leisurely stroll to the nearby Park Bulvar shopping mall. the Safari room is spacious, with a comfortable bed, good quality pillows and a nice bath. Fresh omelettes are cooked to order during breakfast. the friendly staff offer great service and try their best to assist guests.
The hotel lacks some necessary facilities such as an elevator, making it difficult for those with mobility issues.

The hotel had a great location, situated in the heart of the city near to the embankment and easy access to public transport. the staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. We also appreciated the fact that the rooms were cozy and clean, with fresh linen and towels provided daily.
Despite the comfortable rooms, there were a few things that could have been improved. the breakfast variety was somewhat limited and the coffee was instant rather than fresh.

The hotel location was pretty convenient, close to the city center and just a short walk from some popular restaurants. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent enough. Additionally, the shower was spacious and had good water pressure.
The hotel was in need of renovations and repairs. The rooms felt outdated and worn, with old bedsheets and uncomfortable mattresses. In addition, the smell in the bathroom was unpleasant. it was a disappointing experience for a business trip.

The hotel is right in the city center, close to the embankment, making it very convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout our stay. The rooms had comfortable beds and were equipped with basic amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Plus, the breakfast included a variety of foods to choose from.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was great and we had no complaints.
